Search Warrant doesn't appear to be working

I have installed this numerous times as I've used it in the past, especially because it supports Albo's Court System.  
However this time around it doesn't appear to be working, so I'm not sure if it's a plugin dependant item that is missing (I've installed the API etc and other requirements) or the plugin just needs to be updated.  

So far ever other plugin works except the one I want the most!

I'd encourage you to download Agency Callouts and install everything that comes included with the download (including the API!).

This ensures you have the most up to date version of the API. If this doesn't help please feel free to upload your ragepluginhook.log file to pastebin and give us a link so we can investigate the issue further.
