NSW Patient Transport Service 1.1

Added 'reflection' texture to the skin. (does not actually reflect in game, to do this I would need access to the model in unlocked form, I am not about to ask for that so it wont happen unless I am able to figure out some method without the need to have a one off model to show the reflections correctly. this to me is pointless at this time since the ELS sprinter is a-ok, with exception of someone stealing the engine.... I could name some people, but they probably have a receipt for it...
