About This File
This livery is based off of MasterTom's 4k Texas DPS inspired SAHP Texture Pack. The CVPI is from Kafloopy888's ELS Blaine County Sheriff's Office Pack, but should fit other generic CVPI's. (both red on blue and blue on blue versions of the BCSO CVPI work) If requested I will do more car liveries. (I'm new to vehicle textures / texturing, but I'll get used to it eventually) DO NOT upload this anywhere but lcpdfr.com without my explicit permission.
To use this you MUST have OpenIV installed.
